Welcome to your 14 Day Define & Sculpt Your Legs Challenge that will allow you to fine tone every area of your lower body to give you incredible results.

For the next 14 days, you will be given a combination of 2 yoga workout and pilates classes to complete on a daily basis. One of the classes will be the new 10 minute lower body toning class and the other will be a variation of either a yoga workout class or Pilates toning workout to allow you to take the results to the next level.  Each day’s classes will add up to be about 30-45 minutes of toning, sculpting, and strengthening workouts for the glutes, inner, and outer thighs.  As you move through each workout remember to always listen to your body and be patient with yourself. At first you will begin to feel muscle fatigue at a faster rate than usual, however as you work through these exercises on a daily basis you will notice that your muscles begin to become stronger and stronger with time. With Pilates toning exercises, you are able to focus on those hard to reach muscles which will in the end help you find that beautiful definition in your inner, outer thighs and glutes. So push yourself through the pain, be patient, and have fun.

GUIDELINES FOR THE TWO WEEKS:

♥ If your body needs a day off or you need to split the two videos into 2 days, thats totally fine! Listen to your body, that’s the key.

♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day. Add some lemon, or fruit to your water to make it a treat!

♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad, steamed greens, and/or fresh green juice per day.

♥ Do your best to get as close to 8 hours of sleep per night as you can so your muscles have time to recover and rest.

♥ Try to limit the amount of processed and sugary food you eat. Fill your fridge with lots of fruits, veggies.
