Your Challenge Benchmarks:

  • Follow the 10 Day Abs & Core Challenge schedule.
  • Your body is your temple. Listen to it and modify any postures to suit your own level.
  •  Inhale the future, exhale the past. Remember to breathe.
  • Doing your best is more important than being the best. If your body tells you to take an extra rest day, that’s perfectly okay!
  • Stay hydrated. Drink at least two liters of water per day during the challenge. Try making it a treat by adding a splash of lemon or infuse it with fresh fruits!

  • Happiness consists of getting enough sleep. Make sure you get as close to eight hours of rest each night, so your muscles have time to relax and recover.
