I think we came to the conclusion that mindfulness is a way of living with more intention. It’s about waking up each day and looking into your own toolbox to reconnect with that peaceful energy that exists within us all and then letting that energy guide you through your day and experiences of life.

Finding and living with more compassion, empathy, equanimity, and deeper self-awareness and balance towards your own humanity.
