This 20 min yoga class is great for all levels of yoga. This practice moves through different postures that will open your hips and release any hamstring tension. A great class to do after a long travel day or after you’ve been sitting at an office desk for longer than you should be.
If any pose feels too much for you feel free to modify or skip anything that doesn’t feel right. Most importantly we want you to feel good no matter where you are in your posture.
Remember to breathe, let go, and simply stay present in each moment of this practice!
