We wanted to start 2020 with an incredibly effective yoga workout challenge for everyone. This free challenge is the perfect way to set and smash your 2020 fitness goals, bring in stunning results, and set both you mind and body up for an incredibly successful year. Yoga workouts are a perfect fusion of the rhythm, movement, and flow of yoga coming together with the motion, fluidity, and exercise of mat based pilates and fitness exercises.

Why the ‘Yoga Workout Practice’ is such an incredibly effective full body workout!

In this 20 minute class you will not only laser focus on your abs and core, but also stretch and strengthen your lower quads, hamstrings, and glutes. On top of that… the chatarangas and planks will energize your upper body, and the constant movement and motion will bring forward metabolism boosting and detoxifying effects to your entire body. Overall this yoga workout class and challenge is a perfect full body workout that will leave you feeling amazing and energized to take on the day.
