‘BETTER THAN THE GYM' YOGA WORKOUT HIIT FUSION CHALLENGE
Ten Days Of Yoga Workout HIIT Fusion Classes & More To Get Your Body And Mind Feeling Amazing!
This Boho Beautiful Yoga Workout HIIT Fusion Challenge is your day by day guidance to help you gain incredible physical and mental results. This 10 day schedule is about alternating between two different 10 minute cardio classes and then following the cardio yoga workout with a toning/strengthening class to encourage new strength, power, and determination from within.
Through the 10 day home yoga workout calendar provided in the link, your challenge will be to join Juliana Spicoluk on the mat and get through two classes per day that were created to not only develop strength in your body but also help you achieve a new level of stamina, body definition, and energy.
All you need is to dedicate 30 minutes or less a day.
Push your limits, breathe, and reconnect with that power that resides within you.
Remember, if you are looking to see and achieve incredible physical results, you must pair this challenge with a healthy & clean diet. Your diet contributes to 80% of your physical results. So as you embark on this 10 day journey, make sure you are mindful of the fuel that you put into your body.
We always recommend sticking to a healthy whole plant-based diet and avoiding fast and over processed food. GUIDELINES FOR THE YOGA WORKOUT HIIT FUSION CHALLENGE
♥ Follow the ten day schedule and find time each day to complete the scheduled yoga workout HIIT class and the secondary yoga workout, Pilates, or toning class for that day.
♥ During each class be very careful to listen to your body. Take as many modifications as necessary and remember to be patient with your body as it gains strength with time.
♥ Remember to breathe, especially through the super tough exercises.
♥ If your body needs a day off thats totally fine! Just do your best to make it through all the videos, and if it takes more than seven days that's okay too!
♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day while on the challenge. Add some lemon, or fruit to your water to make it a treat!
♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad, steamed greens, and/or fresh green juice per day.
♥ Do your best to get as close to 8 hours of sleep per night as you can so your muscles have time to recover and rest.
♥ Try to limit the amount of processed and sugary food you eat. Fill your fridge with lots of fruits, veggies.
