What To Do If You Get Distracted

If you find yourself getting distracted that is totally normal. Simply return to your breath again. The more you practice meditation, the easier it will be to stay present throughout an entire meditation class. With continual practice, meditation will reap many benefits in your life. Meditation helps relieve anxiety and release stress, but it also helps ease digestion, cleanse the mind, and boost positivity and creativity. Challenge yourself to make a daily habit out of meditation and see your life change for the better!
