This 20 minute full body yoga workout was filmed up in the clouds of Nepal. This class is all about waking up your body from the inside out. Our full body yoga class will include abdominal exercises, lower body toning exercises, and cardio flow. You’ll experience a combination of both strength and cardio. While working out the body, you’ll receive the added benefit of increased flexibility that comes with any yoga pose.

This combination of asanas is meant to stimulate your metabolism and wake up your digestive system. Today’s class will help you burn calories even after the class is completed. We will fire up the core and add in a few twists to reset the digestive system for optimal results.
