This 20 minute Vinyasa flow is the perfect practice to start your day with. Moving through a faster pace flow, this class will wake up your system, boost your metabolism, and get your mind and body ready to tackle anything that comes your way through the day. As we move through this practice we will be joined by beautiful rescued elephants enjoying their river bath and bamboo snacks, as well as our cute 3-legged dog (who is a survivor from a jungle poaching accident). These animal’s inspiring power and will to survive through the circumstances they were rescued from is the energy that will allow us to find the power within ourselves. To grow, and become better then we were yesterday.
