If I have a question about my order, how do I contact you?

If your question or concern cannot be answered in this FAQ please feel free to email us at [email protected] for all customer & technical support.

I sent you an email about my order, how soon can I expect a response?

If you are reaching out to us in regards to your order for technical or customer support, either Mark, Juliana, or Jordan (who helps us with our store and website) will make sure to respond within 1 business day of your inquiry, however we always aim to surpass these expectations!

What payment methods do you accept?

Our payment gateway is integrated with Stripe and PayPal. We are able to accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express (and their respective gift and pre-paid cards) and PayPal.

What Currency Is Your Store In?

All products and merchandise is priced in USD.

In what format are your digital downloads available?

All of our digital programs (excluding the audio meditations) are accessed through their own individual platform and app.

Each program can be accessed directly through your computer, mobile device, or screen shared to an AppleTV or through Chromecast.

Each app gives you the ability to stream directly or to download the programs classes which will allow you to enjoy the classes without any interest connections if you wish to do so.

Our ebook are available as PDF formatted for high definition, mobile devices, and e-readers.

How do I access my digital purchase(s)?

Once your order is completed, you will receive two separate emails from us.

1. A confirmation email of your purchase.

2. Secondary email which will contain your login and password credentials as well as the appropriate links to access the program itself.

This is due to the fact that all of our digital programs are hosted through a third party platform for which you will be provided separate login information in the confirmation email.

I Didn't Receive The Email With My App Login Information

If for some reason you did not receive the second email with your programs login credentials and links to the app, please email us at [email protected] and we will manually reset your account for you.

When Will My Access To The Programs Expire?

Never. Once you purchase any of our programs, you will have access to enjoy them forever.

Can I Watch Videos On My TV Without Using An App?

Yes. One of two ways.

  1. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.
  2. If you have a smart tv with a web browser you can go to the programs direct web link and log in directly through there.

Can I download the digital products to my mobile device?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

Which Browsers Are Supported To Watch The Videos?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

My Video Does Not Playback Smoothly. How Can I Fix It?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

How Do I Download The Program Guide & The Extra Program Materials?

To download the program guide or any extra materials, click the download tab underneath each video player. This includes the program guides, soundtracks etc.

If I Have More Than One Program, Can I Use The Same Login Credentials For All?

Yes. To accomplish this you must first access your account via the ‘Welcome Email’ that was sent to you upon the purchase of EACH specific program and use the auto generated password to enter you account.

Then once inside your account you can change your login credentials to whatever you would like. However, please note that each program is created as an individual app, meaning you will have to access every program through its specific login page with your user name & password.

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Yes, in most cases we are able to process a full refund for your purchase if you are unsatisfied with your product. Once refunded, your access to the apps and platforms will be revoked.

Please note that refunds are processed via the original method of payment only.

Can I Do Your Yoga/Fitness Classes & Digital Programs If I'm Injured Or Pregnant?

If you have past or present injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please check with your registered physician before beginning any Boho Beautiful exercise or yoga practice.

No matter what your experience is, remember to always listen to your body.

Boho Beautiful nor any persons associated with it will not be held liable for any injury or loss you may suffer in connection with any of our content, classes, or programs.
