7 Day Boho Cardio Challenge!

Welcome to our 7 Day Cardio Challenge! In the next 7 days your goal will be to push and challenge your strength, stamina. and patience like never before. Remember, you are exactly where you need to be in your own personal fitness journey, so cater this challenge to your own body and strength. If you need to pause the video mid way to take a break, do so. If you need to do only the 1 round through for the whole week, do that as well. No matter what modifications you take, as long as you get through it at your own level, consider that a successful challenge! As you succeed through each day, you will begin to notice that the class gets easier which in truth isn’t the case…it is only YOU who is getting stronger. So if you’re ready to boost your metabolism, burn fat, and get yourself feeling amazing get on that mat and press play! 

How This Challenge Works:

For the next 7 days, you will be given a combination of classes to complete. One of the classes will be the new cardio class and the other will be a different toning and yoga classes that will allow you to tone, sculpt, and create definition in your body. After completing 1-2 rounds of the cardio class, your body will be in its ultimate “fat burning zone”, which means as you begin to work through the other toning and sculpting classes you will be burning that unwanted fat and building lean and healthy muscles in an accelerated rate. Each day’s classes will add up to be 20-45 minutes of exercise per day which when combined with a healthy diet will give you amazing results and get you feeling confident inside and out. So good luck and most of all… have fun!

 

GUIDELINES FOR THE WEEK:

♥ If your body needs a day off or you need to split the two videos into 2 days, thats totally fine! Listen to your body, that’s the key.

♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day. Add some lemon, or fruit to your water to make it a treat!

♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad, steamed greens, and/or fresh green juice per day.

♥ Do your best to get as close to 8 hours of sleep per night as you can so your muscles have time to recover and rest.

♥ Try to limit the amount of processed and sugary food you eat. Fill your fridge with lots of fruits, veggies.
