One of our most popular and most requested videos on the Boho Beautiful Youtube channel have always been yoga workouts. These types of classes are the perfect combinations of energizing yoga flows combined with different toning exercises which allow you to not only feel the physical and mental benefits of a home yoga practice but also help you attain those physical goals.

This Boho Beautiful One World One Love Yoga Challenge is the day by day guidance that you need to make sure you are including effective and challenging practices on the mat into your daily routine. It is here to remind you to find the time especially in these unsettling moments in our lives and dedicate it to yourself, your wellbeing, and personal growth.

Through the 7 day home yoga workout calendar provided in the link, your challenge will be to include and complete our new Yoga Workout class but then to also follow it with the second suggested yoga workout practice provided in the calendar to push and challenge the body to the next level. In the time when the COVID-19 pandemic has affected all of our lives and so many of us are staying and working from home, embarking on a weekly challenge like this will not only help you keep your body and mind strong and fluid but it will also help you take your practice to that next level by strengthening the body in so many ways you’ve never imagined.

So find 30-40 minutes in your day, and virtually escape with us to beautiful beaches and mountains all over the world for your personal yoga workout practice.

Remember, it’s always important to pair a healthy diet with your intense work on the mat as diet contributes to 80% of your physical results. So as you embark on this 7 day challenge journey, make sure you are mindful of the fuel that you put into your body.

We always recommend sticking to a healthy whole plant-based diet and avoiding fast and over processed food. GUIDELINES FOR THE YOGA WORKOUT CHALLENGE

♥ Follow the seven day schedule and find time each day to complete the scheduled yoga workout class and the secondary yoga workout class for that day.

♥ During each class be very careful to listen to your body. Take as many modifications as necessary and remember to be patient with your body as it gains strength with time.

♥ Remember to breathe, especially through the super tough exercises.

♥ If your body needs a day off thats totally fine!  Just do your best to make it through all the videos, and if it takes more than seven days that’s okay too!

♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day while on the challenge. Add some lemon, or fruit to your water to make it a treat!

♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad, steamed greens, and/or fresh green juice per day.

♥ Do your best to get as close to 8 hours of sleep per night as you can so your muscles have time to recover and rest.

♥ Try to limit the amount of processed and sugary food you eat. Fill your fridge with lots of fruits, veggies.
