Your Arms & Upper Body Challenge Schedule:

☮️ Try this challenge for two weeks!

☮️ Complete as much of this practice as you can for two days in a row, and then take a rest day.

☮️ Continue this three-day schedule five times!

☮️ This challenge is a marathon, not a sprint. Making progress is what matters most. So, after each practice, make a note of how far you got, how many reps you completed, and how long you held each pose.

Your Challenge Benchmarks:

☮️ Follow the 14-Day Arms & Upper Body Definition & Strength Challenge schedule.

☮️ Your body is your temple. Listen to it and modify any postures to suit your own level.

☮️ Inhale the future, exhale the past. Remember to breathe.

☮️ Doing your best is more important than being the best. If your body tells you to take an extra rest day, that’s perfectly okay!

☮️ Stay hydrated. Drink at least two liters of water per day during the challenge. Try making it a treat by adding a splash of lemon or infuse it with fresh fruits!
